Mach 3 is still available for download and works great and there is not reason not to continue to use it.Mach 4 WILL WORK with parallel ports - using a plugin that costs an extra $25.Mach 4 is 64 bit capable and requires a breakout board with USB not parallel. Here is what I discovered trying to get “AL - SON OF X-CARVE” working: I’ve read a lot of crazy things about Mach 3 on the forums.
